FAREEQ International Limited is registered in Dhaka, Bangladesh as a private company limited by shares under the Companies Act 1994. It was set up with a deliberately broad memorandum, giving the board latitude to build across real estate, trade, consultancy, energy, textiles and digital services as opportunities develop.
Each of these lines of business is undertaken only after securing the licenses and regulatory approvals it requires — the memorandum sets out what the company may pursue, not what it is committed to pursue all at once.
